BYUMove! is a dynamic group exercise experience that helps keep you moving and fosters meaningful connections with fellow students. The free program will elevate your health and your university experience.
The Movement Program
- Small groups meet twice a week for 50 minutes
- Students learn strategies to encourage lifelong physical activity
- Sessions are guided by mentors from the Department of Exercise Sciences
